Best Practice Error when logging in
If you receive the below error message try the follow in steps and if that doesn’t fix the issue call Best Practice Software support on 07 4155 8800. Ensure that you have the Site ID information.

Solution:
1. Navigate to the C:\Program Files\Best Practice Software\BPS folder. NOTE: it might be installed to another drive location
2. run Update Database.exe
3. In Run type services.msc
4. restart the service SQL Server (BPINSTANCE)
Open Best Practice to confirm that all is working
