If when Logging into a computer you received the error; “The security log on this system us full, Only administrators can log on to fix the problem" you will need to log in as the administrator and delete the Security Log from the event viewer. Below are the steps to do this

1. Logon to your PC with an account that has administrative privileges.

2. Click on the Start Menu and open the Control Panel.

3. Double click on "Administrative Tools" and then "Computer Management." Depending on how your PC is configured, your control panel might not include the "Administrative Tools" or "Computer Management" items. An alternate way to get to this point is to right-click on "My Computer" (usually on the Desktop or in the Start Menu) and click on the "Manage" item.

4. Click the "Event Viewer" item on the left-hand side of the screen. The right-hand side of the screen will populate with all of the available log files. To clear the Security Log, right-click on the log titled "Security" and select the "Clear all events" or “Clear Log…” item.

5. Save a copy of the log before cleaning it by selecting "Yes" and specify where you would like the file saved. To clear the log without saving a copy, select "No." If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel the clearing operation, select "Cancel."

6. View the Security log file to verify that the contents have been deleted by double clicking the log file titled "Security."

7. Log out from the Administrators account and log backing as the User that was having the issue to ensure that all is working
